Take A Step


Take all the time you need to heal emotionally. Moving on doesn’t take a day; it takes lots of little steps to be able to break free of your broken self. Listen to your heart, feel the vibe, slowly attempt for a stride, take a step, stand firm for the next step, then slowly set your pace. Once you find that strength and adapted to the pace, speed up a bit and you’ll see and feel that healing is definitely YOUR chance to determine if you’re ready or not.
